Marcel Wanders doesn’t seem to sleep, as his studio recently introduced the Maui Collection, designed for Harbour. It’s the type of outdoor furniture you might expect to find at an island villa, but it can also transform your own deck or backyard in a flash. The all-weather collection of outdoor seating and occasional tables feature a lot of nice texture that suits the environment it’s been created for. All of the pieces are handcrafted, and front and center is a signature radial rope pattern that’s used throughout. The organic material beautifully frames each piece of seating, creating a halo-like effect that invites you to stay calm and relax for a little while. Meanwhile, the occasional tables are made of travertine to balance the airiness of the seating but keep the same organic feeling.
