I don't know about you, but I get visibly excited by the sights and smells of an all-you-can-eat buffet. Everywhere you look, there it is, delicious morsels of food piled high, daring you to stack your plate to mind-blowing proportions.

As you might guess, I have always had portion control issues when it comes to good food, so I haven't taken off my shirt in public since I was 11. But I digress.

According to collinsdictionary.com, a buffet  is a meal of food displayed on a long table at a party or public occasion. Guests usually serve themselves. Every once in a while, I love to dive into a good old all-you-can-eat buffet. How about you?
